We have an exciting opportunity for a tenacious and experienced Business Development Executive to work with a well-established organisation based in Herefordshire. This will be a full-time permanent position working within a specialist industrial Workwear & PPE category. This role will focus on identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across an existing and prospective UK-wide customer base. The position offers flexibility through a hybrid or fully remote working model, with regular engagement across customer sites and head office in Herefordshire.
What You Can Expect
* Working hours: 8:00am–5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break
* A mix of field-based activity and flexible hybrid or remote working
* Salary: Competitive package based on experience plus uncapped commission after a successful probation
* Ownership of new business generation and account development across the UK

What You Will Be Doing
* Proactively identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities within the Workwear & PPE category
* Developing opportunities with both existing and prospective customers across the UK
* Arranging, booking, and attending sales meetings with clients, both on-site and remotely
* Preparing and presenting quotations and commercial proposals aligned to customer requirements and budgets
* Managing the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to order completion
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records covering customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline management
* Building long-term client relationships through effective communication and consultative selling

* Proven experience generating new business and driving growth within the Workwear and/or PPE sector
