This is an opportunity to join a small, close-knit team that has been operating successfully for over 20 years and is part of the St. James’s Place network, giving access to extensive resources and support.
Due to continued client growth, they are seeking a Senior IFA Administrator to provide administrative and client support, including the preparation of client packs and reports, completion of fund switches and collation of LOA information. You will be working closely with the rest of the administrative team and Managing Director.
This role is ideal for someone from an IFA background looking to build a long-term career in Wealth Management within a firm that genuinely values employee development!
The Role
* Onsite
* Duties such as preparation meeting packs, presentations and LOAs.
* Collaborating closely with the Managing Director and wider team
* Data entry for new project in accordance with St. James Place
* Onboarding of new clients and being the 1st point of contact for queries.

* Demonstratable success in administrative task in a professional setting
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and SLAs in a organised manner
* Happy to be onsite
* Wants to work and progress within a smaller environment
