Senior Designer — Brand, Digital & Product
Consumer Goods | On‑site Monday–Friday | £45,000–£50,000 + Bonus

The Role
As Senior Designer, you’ll be a key creative voice — shaping, refining and evolving the brand’s visual language across physical, digital and experiential channels.
You’ll work across:
* Brand identity & visual systems
* Digital design (web, social, email, campaign assets)
* Product graphics & packaging
* Launch campaigns & brand storytelling
* Retail, environmental & in‑store creative
* Presentation design & internal comms
You’ll champion user‑centred thinking, ensure every asset feels intentional and premium, and help drive innovation across the brand ecosystem.
What You Bring
* 7+ years’ experience in a brand‑led or agency environment
* A portfolio that shows conceptual strength, digital excellence, and beautiful craft
* Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
* Confident use of Figma
* Strong skills in layout, hierarchy, typography and design systems
* Ability to take a brief from insight → idea → execution
* A structured, organised approach to workflow and file management
* A passion for brand consistency, creative experimentation, and raising the bar
* Experience in FMCG, consumer product, lifestyle or design‑driven brands

This is a fully on‑site role (Monday–Friday), so you’ll need to be able to commute or drive to the location.
