Ensuring the safety and welfare of our frontline staff and providing critical support to field based managers across our retail contracts. Key Responsibilities
Frontline Welfare & Safety:
Monitor the health, safety and welfare of field based personnel (Security Officers) via scheduled welfare calls.
Executive effective escalation procedures in response to missed calls or potential emergencies.
Incident Management:
Produce timely, accurate incident reports for immediate circulation to senior operational management
Act as primary contact for the general public, frontline employees, clients and G4S management team.
Operational Support & Scheduling:
Manage scheduling and the deployment of security personnel to meet contractual client requirements across the UK
Support field based teams in navigating G4S processes and internal systems.
Data & Administration:
Undertake ad hoc tasks including data collation and organisation to support frontline operational efficiency

Call Centre Experience
Excellent computer skills
