We’re working with a well-established wealth management business who are looking to appoint a Paraplanning Administrator to support the delivery and implementation of financial planning and investment advice.
This role plays a key part in ensuring recommendations are accurately processed, client documentation is prepared efficiently, and services are delivered in a compliant, seamless and client-focused way.
The Role
You’ll provide proactive paraplanning and administrative support, working closely with Financial Planners, Paraplanners and Investment Managers. Responsibilities include:
* Producing simple suitability letters and non-complex recommendation reports
* Supporting paraplanners with research collation and report preparation
* Processing new business and servicing cases through to completion
* Submitting and tracking applications, transfers, transactions and payments
* Liaising with providers and keeping clients informed of progress
* Maintaining accurate client records and documentation in CRM systems
* Coordinating workflows between advisers, paraplanners and third parties
* Supporting client review scheduling and meeting preparation
* Peer-checking work and contributing to process improvements
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:
* Experience as a Senior Administrator or similar within an advisory or investment management firm
* CF1 / RO1 (or equivalent) - desirable
* A good understanding of regulated advice and investment management services
* Strong numeracy, literacy and attention to detail
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Confidence using Word, Excel and CRM/database systems
* A proactive, client-focused mindset with strong written and verbal communication
* The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
