About the role
We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee our website transformation, manage multi‑language digital projects, and handle requirements capture, scoping, and deployment. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll also report on project progress and performance, working closely with both technical and commercial stakeholders to ensure the rollout of ecommerce and other digital channel projects.
Responsibilities
* Hold oversight of website change and digital improvement projects from scoping to delivery, working closely with various stakeholders across the group, such as product owners, UX/UI specialists, developers, commercial stakeholders and third parties.
* Be responsible for the rollout of multi‑language and market‑specific website change, ecommerce, and other digital channel projects.
* Manage the progress and risk associated with various project management activities, such as requirements capture, project scoping, systems deployment, training and onboarding to time, quality, and cost.
Qualifications
* You’ll have experience in Digital Marketing project management, ideally in an ecommerce/web experience‑facing environment.
* Knowledge of various project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall and proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project.
* Experience working in a B2B (business to business) and B2C (business to customer) sales environment.
* Experience of working projects through full project lifecycle, from brief to launch, using PMO systems to coordinate scope, timelines, budgets and risks, whilst managing and leading teams in a matrixed organisational structure.
* Be able to show a proven ability to work within a global and regional brand structure with detailed creative and brand guidelines.
* Be someone who holds a passion for all things technology, who is excited by the latest tools and techniques, keeping up to date with current trends within project management. Person specification: As a Senior Project Manager at Renishaw, you will have a proactive, calm and action‑oriented mindset and be capable of working at pace, identifying dependencies and risks, and able to clearly provide mitigation planning. You’ll be an engaging communicator, who can interpret and explain technical project issues to different stakeholder areas, building relationships to influence a user‑centred design approach. You will also be commercially minded having budgeted large‑scale projects in the past, showing an understanding of project management best practice and the activities involved.
