Dispute Resolution / Commercial Litigation Solicitor / Associate – You will be advising on a mix of high-profile litigation work for a range of corporate and commercial clients both national and international.
Overview
* Job title: Associate
* Location: Manchester
* Salary: to £80,000
* Previous Experience: A commercial litigation solicitor with 2+ PQE from either a boutique firm or a large national practice.

The team are looking for talented, ambitious commercial litigators who not only have a thorough appreciation of black-letter litigation law, but also possess a creative approach to problem-solving as well as:
* Full working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and Solicitors Accounts Rules.
* The ability to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of legal principles and court procedures.
* Experience of county and high court litigation.
