Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: £16.43 per hour
Contract: Full-time
Shift: Days - Includes Weekends

What you will be doing:
* Planning and delivering meaningful activities whilst being aware of the residents' interests as well as their physical and cognitive abilities.
* Encourage active participation in activities.
* Coordinate tasks within the Activities Team.
* Ensure there is variety in the programme of daily events.
* Working closely with care staff and family members in getting to know the residents, their interests, their experience and life stories.
* Share the best practice and encourage all staff members to take active interest in providing activities for our residents.
What you need to succeed:
* Creative with a range of practical skills like arts & crafts.
* Able to motivate and engage with people.
* Able to create an environment that encourages participation and involvement.
* The ability to work as part of a team.
