Providing timely and sound legal support on a range of Estate administration, Wills and powers of attorney and Guardianships Manage a varied caseload effectively and independently Remain up to date about the latest developments in the field including CPD requirements Draft, review and manage legal documentation Conduct legal research and investigate the facts on each case Liaise with the client and relevant parties Manage client expectations by adopting a proactive approach Are you the right Candidate? Determine to find somebody with around 3 years existing Private Client experience in Glasgow.
