We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Team leaders and Support Workers to join our team. This role requires a strong commitment to care and the ability to manage behaviours effectively while maintaining a safe and supportive atmosphere.
Duties
* Implement behaviour management strategies to support clients with challenging behaviours.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by following health and safety protocols.
* Administer first aid when necessary and respond to emergencies in a calm and efficient manner.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individual care plans tailored to each client's needs.
* Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in children residential care
* Level 3 Diploma in children care
