* Completion of data input tasks within our ERP system (IFS).
* Prepare purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
* Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, lead times, and delivery schedules.
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate procurement records in the ERP system.
* Follow up on outstanding orders to ensure deliveries are received as expected.
* Support the execution of supplier contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Prepare reports and maintain supply chain related documentation.
* Assist with general administrative tasks to support the Procurement team.

* Experience in a procurement/purchasing/supply chain role.
* Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills.
* Ability to work to deadlines.
* Ability to coordinate multiple activities effectively.
* Working knowledge of ERP systems (such as IFS).
