Are you ready to be a driving force behind transformational change? We're looking for a proactive, strategic, and solutions-focused Portfolio Analyst to support a major simplification programme within a global London Market client.
This role sits at the heart of a growing Change division, with the opportunity to shape and influence strategic operations across the business. You’ll play a key role in the development, governance, and continuous improvement of our clients portfolio of change.
What You’ll Be Doing
* As a Portfolio Analyst you will take ownership of the day-to-day management and maintenance of the newly established portfolio of change (including both inflight and pipeline initiatives).
* Lead and facilitate monthly portfolio governance meetings – from materials preparation to capturing actions and follow-ups.
* Develop and manage strategic governance packs and portfolio planning processes, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
* Act as a trusted partner to the Head of Change, helping to evolve and improve portfolio operations and practices.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to promote portfolio standards, support adoption of frameworks, and resolve delivery challenges.
* Ensure accurate data capture and reporting by working closely with project managers and stakeholders.
* Maintain the portfolio action log, driving accountability and follow-through.
* Provide occasional support on ad-hoc initiatives within the wider Change team.
What You’ll Bring

* Strong understanding of delivery and change methodologies.
* Excellent planning, control, and organisational skills.
* Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
* A proactive, self-starting approach – able to work independently and take initiative.
* Comfortable facilitating meetings and driving governance processes.
Experience:
* Prior experience in a project or change delivery environment.
* A strong customer service mindset, with the ability to support and guide stakeholders.
* Knowledge of the General or London Market insurance sector
* Resilience, diligence, and a continuous improvement mindset.
