Our client, a leader in the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking a Resource Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is based in Romsey with a requirement to be onsite for 2 days per week. The Resource and Operations Team sits at the heart of the business, ensuring the right people are assigned to the right projects at the right time. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational resourcing within a technology-focused organisation.
