Job Title: Business Development Manager / Valuer
Location: Wandsworth, London
Required: 2-5 years experience
Salary: £35k -45k Base, £75-£100k OTE first year, £125-£150K OTE second year.
Job Type: Full-Time, Office-Based, Monday to Friday 8:45am – 6pm (one 7pm finish a week); up to two Saturdays a month 10am – 3pm

We’re looking for a confident, motivated Sales Negotiator to become part of a dynamic team in Wandsworth. With a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties — including auction and private treaty sales — this is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of properties and respond to inbound enquiries
* Book and carry out property viewings across London and surrounding areas
* Communicate with buyers and sellers, providing regular updates and guidance
* Negotiate offers and progress deals through to completion
* Work closely with solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage advisors
* Prospect for new listings through outbound calls, emails, and portal leads
* Hit and exceed individual and team sales targets
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 5 years sales experience, in estate agency or property
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
* Comfortable managing multiple clients and deadlines
* Energetic, target-driven, and proactive in approach
* Knowledge of the London property market is a plus
* Full UK driving license
