We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hospitality Supervisor to lead our team in delivering an exceptional guest experience at the Spinnaker Tower.
The iconic Spinnaker Tower stands at a soaring 170 metres tall, offering awe-inspiring 23-mile views over Portsmouth, the Solent, the South Downs and the Isle of Wight. From delicious High Teas to mind-boggling virtual reality, nerve-jangling abseils to magical weddings, there are outstanding experiences for everyone, all set against the most breath-taking of backdrops.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating your team to consistently provide outstanding service, while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. You will assist in the organisation, set up and delivery of events within the Hospitality Department. Working as part of a team to provide all guests with the highest level of customer satisfaction and ensure the commercial success of the department.
You will oversee hospitality bookings with a strong focus on quality, and support private events and evening hires as directed. You will ensure health and safety management systems are in place and followed, identifying training needs in areas such as first aid and cash handling, and delivering training where required.
As an ambassador for the attraction, you will confidently respond to guest queries and foster a culture of knowledge sharing within your team.
