Hours: Monday to Friday (term-time schedule)
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting a reliable and caring Passenger Assistant to support school transport services across Ealing and Southall. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of passengersprimarily childrenduring their journey to and from school.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely assist passengers during pick-ups and drop-offs
Support children with additional needs where required
Maintain a calm and professional environment on the vehicle
Communicate effectively with the driver, parents, and school staff
Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
Report any concerns or incidents promptly
Requirements:
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Excellent communication and people skills
Friendly and patient disposition
Ability to work Monday to Friday during school transport hours
Previous experience working with children or vulnerable passengers is beneficial but not essential
Must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
