Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in Reading, Berkshire. The care home offers residential, nursing, and dementia care for individuals requiring assistance with daily tasks.
Requirements: Must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care
* Developing care plans and conducting risk assessments in compliance with regulatory standards
* Maintaining accurate documentation using modern technology
* Overseeing medication management according to policies and legislation
* Making timely decisions and providing clinical guidance to team members
* Supporting and mentoring staff in line with the NMC Code
Desirable Skills and Experience:
* Leadership skills in a care setting
* Passion for delivering excellent care
* Effective communication skills
* Knowledge of Care Standards and legislation
* Clinical nursing skills
