About The Role
We are looking for someone to build global digital marketing campaigns at STATSports. Your expertise in digital channels, data-driven insights, and creative will be integral in expanding our brand’s reach, engaging with sports professionals, teams, and organisations, and driving measurable commercial growth in one of the fastest growing industries in the world.
You will work alongside an award winning Direct to Consumer team that has delivered exponential growth over the last 5 years. Collaborating with our creative team you will utilise content from key ambassadors such as Harry Kane, Raheem Sterling, Arsenal FC and the All Blacks to drive growth across over 100 countries across the world.

About You
This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious and passionate about driving growth and impact at a global level. A healthy balance between creative thinking and data-driven approach will put you in an excellent position to succeed in this role.
You’ll need to have
* 2+ years Digital Marketing experience, with demonstrated experience of running digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email etc.)
* Experience scaling digital campaigns and the allocation of larger digital budgets
* Experience working in an ecommerce/DTC business
* Expert level in Google Analytics and digital reporting
* Proficient in Excel
It would be great if you had
* Educated to degree level in a Business/ Marketing relevant subject
* Demonstrated experience in measuring and improving Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and campaign effectiveness
* Experience of digital reporting tools i.e. Looker Studio, GA4 or similar
