Spire Fylde Coast Hospital is recruiting for a Registered Nurse to provide exemplary planned care for patients in the Outpatients department, on a bank basis.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. The assessment of health and well being needs
2. Addressing individual’s health and well being needs
3. Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information
4. Develop a working environment and culture that actively improves health, safety and security
5. Support and enable equality, diversity and rights
6. Maintain and support the use of efficient use of physical and financial resources
7. Acknowledge the risk of Healthcare Associated Infections (HCAI) and understand own responsibility as agreed with line manager in the prevention and control of HCAI
.Who we're looking for:
8. NMC Registered Nurse
9. Working as a practitioner in and across multi disciplinary teams
10. Excellent communication skills
11. Experience in the independent sector
