What You'll Actually Do
* Keep our site moving with smart, safe, and solid electrical maintenance.
* Hunt down faults, fix them fast, and stop them coming back.
* Spot opportunities for improvements and make your mark on how we run.
* Work shoulder-to-shoulder with other engineers and production teams.
* Log it, check it, and do it right - because safety and quality aren't optional.
What You Bring
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering (HNC/HND? Even better) OR any relevant engineering qualifications
* Strong chops with industrial electrical systems - PLC fault finding, motors, drives, and control panels.
* Experience in the food manufacturing game.
* Reliability, a cool head under pressure, and the kind of attitude people want on their team.
