Sales Consultant - Lexus

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Lexus Leeds. If you have a passion for sales and delivering top-tier customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
In return you will receive a competitive basic salary of £24,541.10 per annum and up to £47,725.10 including OTE plus excellent benefits!
This is a full time role, working an average 5 day week between 8:30 - 18:00 with every other weekend off.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Engaging with customers and understanding their needs to recommend the perfect vehicle.
2. Handling the sales process from start to finish, including test drives, negotiations, and financing options.
3. Building strong relationships with new and existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
4. Keeping up to date with our latest models, features, and industry trends.
5. Meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
6. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
7. Customer Service experience.
8. A confident, outgoing, and professional approach.
9. A valid UK driving licence.
