Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced and organised Events Officer to plan, deliver and evaluate a wide range of high‑quality events, both virtual and in person. The events we deliver range from online or in‑person forums, conferences, policy launches and webinars to workshops and exhibitions. They play a vital role in representing our organisation, supporting workforce development, best practice and future thought leadership across the adult social care sector.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure each event is strategically aligned, tailored to its audience and run to a high standard.
* Conduct event scoping and project planning, including promotion, ticket sales, delivery and evaluation.
* Maintain strong relationships with partners and coordinate with digital platforms such as Zoom and Teams, and CRM systems.
* Ensure a customer‑facing and collaborative approach, delivering excellent experiences for delegates and partners.
Qualifications & Attributes
* Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Comfortable using digital platforms (Zoom, Teams) and CRM systems.
* Strong track record in event planning, delivery and evaluation.
* Confident, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
