We're Hiring: Country Manager – United Kingdom
Are you a strategic leader with a determination for driving growth and building high-performing teams? We’re looking for a Country Manager with Pharmaceutical industry experience to lead our clients UK operations and take their business to the next level.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, operations, and support.
Develop and execute strategic and annual business plans aligned with global goals.
Drive revenue, profitability, and market share through innovative commercial strategies.
Ensure compliance with UK regulations and internal governance standards.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulators.
Oversee logistics, regulatory affairs, and administrative functions to ensure operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in a commercial or general management capacity.
Strong strategic thinking and business development skills.
Deep understanding of the UK market and regulatory environment.
Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and driving profitability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
