Are you a visionary leader ready to make a lasting impact We're seeking a dynamic Head of IT to lead our organisation through a bold digital transformation journey.
With responsibility for a £4m department budget and strategic oversight of multi-million-pound investment projects, this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of IT, digital services, and data strategy across the business.
As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll champion innovation, resilience, and accessibility in technology. You'll lead a talented team of professionals, develop and deliver a forward-thinking IT strategy, and ensure our infrastructure is secure, scalable, and aligned with organisational priorities.
This is more than a leadership role, it's a chance to influence executive decision-making, drive digitalisation and AI initiatives, and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders. About You
As YPO continues to expand, we are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team. We seek someone who has:
* A relevant degree or equivalent demonstrable experience in a senior IT leadership role.
* Evidence of continued professional development in technology, digital transformation, or related fields.
* A strong understanding and knowledge of cyber security, security frameworks and best practice including Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001.
* Proven track record of leading IT and technology functions within complex organisations, including delivering strategic IT projects and introducing AI.
* Experience in stakeholder management, programme and project risk, and balancing operational delivery with long-term strategic planning.
