Job Title: Driver's Mate – Retail Home Delivery Location: Crick Pay Rate: £14.42 per hour Job Description: We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Driver’s Mate to join our retail home delivery team based in Crick. This role involves supporting drivers with the safe and efficient delivery of goods directly to customers’ homes, ensuring a high standard of service at all times. Key Responsibilities: Assisting the driver with multi-drop home deliveries Loading and unloading goods from the vehicle Delivering items safely into customers’ homes Providing excellent customer service as drivers mate Ensuring all deliveries are completed in a timely manner Working Hours: Start time: 06:00 AM Shift pattern: 4 days on, 2 days off / 4 days on, 2 days off / 5 days on, 2 days off (rotating) Must be able to work some weekends Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role is preferable Good level of physical fitness due to heavy lifting Strong work ethic and reliability Good communication and teamwork skills What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate of £14.42 Consistent, structured shift pattern Opportunity to work with a well-established retail delivery operation If you are motivated, physically fit, and enjoy working as part of a team, we would love to hear from you.
