Job Description:

Role Overview:
The Project Application Engineer will deliver process control system solutions, including SCADA and process control systems, across all project phases such as requirements gathering, design, testing, commissioning, and training. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office weekly.
Responsibilities:
* Define system requirements with customers
* Design automation systems including enclosures, networking, instrumentation, and supervisory systems
* Create Functional and Test Specifications
* Implement control and SCADA software
* Perform system tests and commissioning
* Provide technical and sales support
* Collaborate with team members and ensure effective work completion
* Coordinate with Technical Support and Field Service Engineers
* Mentor junior team members
* Conduct customer visits for system startup, commissioning, support, and training
Qualifications and Attributes:
* Experience in control systems implementation and related services
* Degree in Control, Systems, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science
* Experience with SCADA, specifically Aveva System Platform
* Experience in creating specifications and application engineering
* Strong business and technical acumen
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Analytical and planning skills
* Willingness to travel occasionally
