You will be working closely with instructors to support learners in developing their work skills which will enhance their chances of employability. You will provide support and guidance to learners, so they record their skills and work experiences along with motivating and keeping the learners engaged. In this exciting position, you will collaborate closely with prison industries instructors to support prisoners in developing valuable work skills and enhancing their employability. Your mission will be to empower prisoners to recognize and record their skills and work experiences, motivating them to fully engage in their work. You’ll guide them in completing their Employability Passport and reflecting on their progress, helping them see the value of their journey.
