Duties:
* Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
* Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment diary.
* Answering phone calls and dealing with inquiries.
* Ensuring records are accurately maintained and updated.
* Cooperating with the wider team to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Outstanding organisational skills - you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
* Proficient in MS Office and general computer literacy.
* Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
