Role Description
We’re looking for a full-time hands-on Coldstore Administrator to join our team, supporting operations across our Kintore coldstore and Westertown head office.
This is an ideal on-site role for someone who enjoys being close to the operation, not just behind a desk, but actively involved in keeping things running smoothly day to day.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be working closely with our warehouse and logistics teams to manage stock movements, coordinate deliveries, and ensure everything leaving and entering the Coldstore is accurate and properly recorded.
From checking goods in, supporting dispatch, and managing stock records, to liaising with drivers and booking transport, you’ll play a key role in the operation. You’ll also gain exposure to export processes, including working with veterinary authorities on health certification.
What we’re looking for
* Someone who enjoys a fast-paced, operational environment
* A hands-on approach and willingness to be involved on the warehouse floor
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Previous admin, warehouse, or logistics experience
* Comfortable working across both Kintore and Westertown locations
* Experience in coldstore, FMCG, or warehouse systems (SAP/WMS) would be an advantage, but not essential.
