<div>A leading multinational Hard/Technical Facilities Management company is seeking an experienced Regional Health and Safety Manager to join its Operations and Projects team. This role will focus on a broad range of projects varying in size, value, and environment, with approximately 90% of projects located in the North West.<br><br>The company operates across energy, engineering, and facilities services and prides itself on delivering groundbreaking energy solutions while increasing the use of low-carbon technologies.<br><br>Key Responsibilities of a Regional Health and Safety Manager for this role includes:<br><br>* Providing expert health and safety advice and guidance to the Operations and Projects teams.<br><br>* Ensuring all project-based CDM deliverables are met.<br><br>* Developing, implementing and managing risk assessments, audits and inspections, ensuring all actions are completed.<br><br>* Improving health and safety standards across projects and operational teams.<br><br>* Maintaining accurate health and safety records and preparing monthly performance reports.<br><br>* Delivering health and safety induction programmes and training to staff and project teams.<br><br>* Keeping up to date with legislation, industry best practice and company standards.<br><br>* Representing the company in health and safety matters across projects, clients, and contractors.<br><br>Experience<br><br>* Previous experience in a health and safety managerial role, ideally within construction, energy, or mechanical and electrical project environments.<br><br>* Knowledge and experience of implementing project-based CDM requirements.<br><br>* Strong communication skills with the ability to advise, guide, and support colleagues on industry best practice.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>* NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (essential).<br><br>* NEBOSH General and/or Construction certificates.<br><br>* GradIOSH status or equivalent desirable.<br><br>* CDM training would be beneficial.<br><br>This Regional Health and Safety Manager role offers a salary of £48,000-£50,000, plus car allowance, pension, and healthcare benefits</div>
