Our client is looking for an experienced Team leader to work withing their existing production/manufacturing team.
Working rotating day shifts (no nights) 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for staff, production and process across your shift.
A working leader, you will lead by example and have previous manufacturing/production machine experience as well as proven experience in a very similar with team leader or supervisory role.
This role requires someone with enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, proactive and positive approach to challenges and the ability to communicate with subordinates and managers.
