Maternity cover for 10 months.
Base – Breckland Office, Dereham or Priory House, Kings Lynn.
An opportunity has arisen for a highly focused, organized, and resourceful Network Coordinator to support our Court Work Expert in the Court Work and Pre‑Proceedings Service. I am looking for a competent administrator who is well organized and self‑motivated to undertake this role. You will have experience working in an office environment, providing a high level of customer service, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, multitask, meet tight deadlines, adapt, and manage information accurately and sensitively.
In this position you will communicate effectively at all levels, have excellent keyboard and ICT skills in Word, Excel and databases. You will work closely with the Court Work Expert, Court Work Facilitators, Social Workers, other Network Coordinators and Practice Coordinators to support child and family‑facing staff and our children and young people.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Court Proceedings Expert to maintain management grip and prevent drift and delay through tracking and booking reminders and check‑ins with key staff.
* Ensure key meetings are arranged, coordinating with internal and external professionals as well as families.
* Minute meetings as required.
* Undertake processes such as ordering birth certificates.
* Ensure the legal space on LCS is maintained.
* Support the financial processes e.g. raising purchase orders, reconciliation, invoicing, setting up payments.
* Coordinate information on bespoke systems.
* Travel and booking arrangement for staff.
* Collate and send assessments.
* Creating and maintaining trackers.
