TalentPool are partnering exclusively with one of Europe’s fastest-growing coffee companies, on a fantastic Head of Sales for their Retail & QSR channel.
This business is family-owned, making a major impact across Europe and beyond, recently launching into Australia. They supply branded product into Grocery Retail and are a trusted drinks partner to leading names like McDonald’s, Greggs, Compass, Subway, Starbucks and others.
Reporting to the UK Commercial Director, this role will:
Create and implement strategy with cross channel teams to win new business in Grocery and Out Of Home channels.
Lead a team (2 initially) and collaborate with wider commercial functions (category & shopper insights)
Hold P&L responsibility and deliver against challenging yet exciting growth objectives whilst demonstrating high business acumen across the channels.
Manage and grow major grocery accounts including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Ocado as well as Nero and Greggs
Requirements:
Experience of selling across different channels including convenience, multiples, foodservice and Grocery at leadership level from ideally a bigger business background.
A proven team leader with an ability to coach and mentor to achieve the best results.
A great influencer and communicator at all levels,
Superb collaboration skills, comfortable working with multiple departments and colleagues.
The role will be based from their Head Office in Buckinghamshire with 2-3 days in the office required.
