Meet Our Client
We are expanding our services in Retford and are looking for compassionate and dedicated Live‑In Healthcare Assistants to provide high‑quality, person‑centred care for a lady in her own home. In this role, you will provide daily support and companionship, assisting with personal care, daily routines, meals, mobility, and household tasks to ensure a safe, comfortable environment. You will also offer reassurance and encourage activities that promote independence and wellbeing. This live‑in position is offered on a flexible rota, with options of 1 week on/1 week off or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off, providing consistent care while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance. We are looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate individuals passionate about delivering dignified, person‑centred care and helping someone live safely and independently at home.
Our client has specifically requested female care staff to join their team. A waking night position is also available for suitable candidates.
What You’ll Need
* 3 months’ care experience
* Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
* Clear communication skills
