A highly regarded M&E Building Services contractor is looking to appoint a Mechanical Estimator or Senior Mechanical Estimator to join their growing pre-construction team in Central London.
The business delivers fast-paced commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across London, typically ranging from £2m to £10m, and has built a strong reputation for quality project delivery, repeat business, and long-standing client relationships within the commercial fit-out sector.

The Role Mechanical Estimator / Senior Mechanical Estimator
This position can accommodate either an experienced Mechanical Estimator looking to progress further within a high-performing contractor environment, or a proven Senior Mechanical Estimator capable of taking a leading role within the pre-construction team.
You will be responsible for pricing mechanical packages across commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, managing tenders from enquiry through to final submission while working closely with suppliers, subcontractors, operational teams, and senior management.
