Where you will be working

At M Group Energy, we're enabling the energy essential to support our lives. We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation. We design, build and commission substations at voltages up to and including 400kV. Our teams construct and maintain transmission lines and substations, ensuring the efficient and reliable delivery of electricity.


What you will be doing

* Support the smooth delivery of design projects from start to finish, including planning timelines, managing budgets, and keeping everything on track.
* Work closely with clients, designers and other teams to ensure expectations are managed and results are achieved.
* Maintain clear communication and provide feedback to all stakeholders.
* Identify potential issues and resolve them within the timeline.
* Look for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.


Qualifications

* Degree in areas like design, project management, business, or other relevant subjects.
* Experience in project management, in a design-related field would be desirable.
* Organisational skills with good communication, leadership and teamwork.
* Strong sense of risk management and budgeting.
* Full UK driving licence, as some travel may be needed now and then, with occasional overnight stays.
