About the role
Our Assistant Managers work closely with Store Managers to drive store success through sales, KPIs, and team development. You will lead, inspire, and develop your team in a store environment where product knowledge and passion for the outdoors are vital. Ensuring the store looks great and provides excellent customer service, sharing your passion and helping customers enjoy the outdoors, we all act as Brand Ambassadors.
About you
We seek passionate, driven individuals with retail management experience, excellent organizational skills, a strong commercial mindset, and flair for visual merchandising. Clothing experience is a plus but not essential—an enthusiastic, hands-on attitude is key.
