Join a fast-growing, forward-thinking accountancy practice with offices across Central and Southern England. As they continue to expand, they’re seeking an experienced Audit Manager to strengthen their Farnham team.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering true flexibility-hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home) and flexible hours (core 10am-4pm).

You’ll be:
Leading audits from planning through to completion
Managing and growing client relationships
Mentoring and developing junior team members
Driving business development and contributing to team strategy
What you'll need to succeed
ACA/ACCA qualified, with 3+ years’ post-qualification experience
6+ years in UK practice, including recent experience as Assistant Manager or Manager
Strong audit delivery and client management skills
Commercial mindset and clear leadership potential
