Role: Sales Administrator
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 + Commission
Location: Cardiff
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly detailed, customer-focused, and exceptional Sales Administrator to join our Commercial team in Cardiff. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will support the Area Hire Manager in achieving KPIs and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
You will be highly organized, driven, tenacious, a self-starter, confident, and reliable. Experience in business development, customer service, and sales (office-based) is essential. You will work in a supportive environment with positive colleagues.
Relationship building is key to this role!
Your responsibilities include carrying out targeted calling campaigns, contacting prospective customers, and developing relationships with existing and new clients to create sales opportunities. Confidence and knowledge are crucial.
As a Sales Administrator, You Will
* Process orders, complete credit checks, create contracts, and prepare quotation packs with attention to detail.
* Manage diaries and keep the Area Hire Manager updated.
* Focus on customer needs and satisfaction, handling requests promptly.
* Utilize internal systems (SAP, CRM) to maintain accurate customer information.
* Liaise with the Service Manager regarding refurbishment, deliveries, and other operational tasks.
Essential Experience
* Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and able to work at pace.
* Experienced in customer relationship development over the phone.
* Proactive in identifying new prospects and developing existing clients.
* Dedicated to customer satisfaction.
* Effective communicator, proactive listener.
* Enthusiastic about demanding goals.
* Good literacy and numeracy skills.
* Ability to build a wide network of contacts.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
