Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bromley for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring blocks are well-maintained, and managing client relations. This involves coordinating maintenance requests, conducting property inspections, and ensuring compliance with property regulations and laws. The Property Manager will also be responsible for managing budgets, creating service charge demands, and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
