Job Description R34832 Graduate, Investor Onboarding and Financial Crime Prevention Location:, Basildon Start Date: September/ October 2025 Join our Graduate Programme As a Graduate in our Investor Onboarding, Financial Crime Prevention and Registration Team, you’ will gain a deep understanding of our anti money laundering, know your customer and registration processes. You’ll work closely with the wider business and leadership team, helping deliver exceptional client service while developing your own leadership skills. This is a hands-on role that will evolve as you grow in confidence and capability, with the longer-term aim of taking on more responsibility as a future people leader. What you will do: Develop an understanding of AML/KYC and registration operations Support the day-to-day work of your team while identifying areas for improvement Work closely with line managers to ensure SLAs and KPIs are being met Collaborate with stakeholders across different operational areas Begin to lead and influence your peer group, with a view to developing team leadership capabilities What we’re looking for: Degree Requirement: 2:2 or above in any discipline (Business, Law, Finance or Management-related degrees desirable) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Willingness to learn and take initiative Decision-making ability and a natural inclination toward leadership Team-building and problem-solving skills A genuine interest in operations, compliance, or process management Learning and development: In your first 6–12 months, you’ll begin by learning the core processes and systems, while being gradually introduced to leadership tasks.
