* 10/4 work structure (5.30am - 4.30pm, Monday - Thursday)

* $30ph - $35ph (depending on experience)

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Warehouse Store person to join the team in Irvine.
The Store Person plays an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of the stores area, receipting, storage, and dispatch of goods. This position involves, helping to monitor inventory levels, assisting with the receipt of quality approved product and ensuring the accuracy of shipments / inventory, maintaining a clear line of communication between stores and management. The Store Person helps operations run efficiently and effectively.
What You'll Do
* Action the daily stores activities, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure efficiency and timeliness.
* Ensuring that all receipted inventory both meets the required quality specifications and matches the documented quantities stated on both internal and external documentation.
* Ensuring that all inventory received is processed through PI’s QMS and all required quality documentation is present & maintained at a high level.
* Frequent contact with suppliers to ensure that all scheduled supplier deliveries arrive on time with appropriate quality and receiving documentation.
* Follow health and safety guidelines in the stores to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
* Follow inventory control processes to minimize loss and maximize accuracy in stock levels.
* Participate in regular audits/ stock counts.
* Delivery of receipted product to site specific manufacturing cells for use.
* Liaise with other departments, suppliers, and transport companies to coordinate logistics and resolve any arising issues promptly.
* Loading and unloading of trucks and other delivery vehicles.
* Other duties as required.
What You'll Bring
* 5 Years minimum working in similar role within Medical Device or similar industry.
* Good team skills to be able to work with others.
* Good leadership & communication skills.
* Ability to fully carry out instructions.
* Ability to multitask & work autonomously.
* Strong work ethic & attention to detail.
* Good knowledge of record keeping.
* Current forklift license.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
* 5S, Six Sigma and Lean principle understanding beneficial.
* Understanding and working knowledge of ISO 13465 & 9001 beneficial
