The Role
As a Merchandising Driver, you'll be part of our nationwide teams, working on varied projects across the UK. From solo assignments to large-scale team projects of up to 40 colleagues, you'll help bring stores to life through effective merchandising and excellent teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver client-led merchandising tasks to agreed standards and deadlines
* Merchandise stock following plans, briefs, and schedules
* Rework fixtures in line with store requirements
* Keep the shop floor tidy, safe, and well-presented
* Liaise with Store and Duty Managers, addressing any on-site issues
* Carry out additional duties as requested
What We're Looking For
* A team player with strong communication skills
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills
* Ability to follow instructions and complete paperwork accurately
* Motivated, target-driven, and able to work to deadlines
* Previous retail or merchandising experience is an advantage (not essential)
* A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
