Your role Oversee the day-to-day running of the supported housing service to deliver an effective housing management service Assist with tenancy and void management to maintain occupancy levels Support and promote compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures Build positive relationships with customers and key stakeholders Manage supplies, furniture and equipment and keep records and filing systems up to date Your skills Experience delivering tenancy services Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Literacy and numeracy skills equivalent to GCSE Grade C in English and Maths NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant area Ability to analyse and interpret data Experience using housing management systems is desirable Full valid driving licence and access to own vehicle required as travel is essential to the role Your rewards You deservemore than the basics.
