Position: Administrative Assistant (Patient Partnerships)
Location: Addlestone, UK (hybrid)

Planet Pharma is partnered with a global pharmaceutical company, and we are actively seeking an administrative assistant to join the team on an initial 1-year contract.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the team
2. Manage general filing and documentation
3. Raise purchase orders (POs)
4. Assist the finance department with relevant tasks
Key Requirements:
* 1-2 years of administrative experience in a global organization
* Experience with Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Events Management, and Ariba
* Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
