This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Primary Care Improvement Co-ordinator to join the Primary Care Management Team to take forward some innovative Quality Improvement work within the department. You will have proven ability to co-ordinate complex pieces of work successfully and concurrently within set timescales. You will have day to day management of non-complex projects and lead change initiatives in line with corporate objectives. You will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, be a good negotiator, a great team player and have a broad knowledge of analysing and interpreting technical data.
