Key Responsibilities:

2. Manage PPC Campaigns and Budgets: Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media, ensuring maximum ROI and achievement of enrollment targets.
3. Conduct Keyword Research and Ad Copywriting: Identify high-converting keywords and develop compelling ad copy that resonates with our audience and encourages engagement.
4. Monitor and Analyze Campaign Performance: Regularly track metrics such as CTR and conversion rates, using analytics tools to make data-driven decisions for campaign optimization.
5. Implement Landing Page Optimization Strategies: Collaborate with marketing and web development teams to enhance landing pages, improving user experience and conversion rates.
6. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in PPC advertising and higher education marketing to drive innovative strategies.
7. Create and Manage Social Media Campaigns: Focus on audience segmentation, retargeting, and creative testing across platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
8. Advanced Audience Targeting: Build and manage custom and lookalike audiences, utilizing interest-based targeting and behavioral segmentation.
9. Ad Creative Management: Collaborate with design teams to develop engaging ad creatives and test variations for optimal performance.
10. Optimization & Scaling: Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI and scale successful strategies.
11. Retargeting & Funnels: Develop strategies to nurture leads through the conversion funnel.
12. Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs and provide actionable insights through weekly and monthly performance reports.
13. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all campaigns adhere to advertising policies and stay updated with platform changes.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (preferred).
* Proven experience as a paid marketing manager or in a similar role, preferably in the higher education sector.
* Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn ads.
