About us: Rodenhurst School provides individualised SEN education within a tailored therapeutic learning environment specialising in SEMH needs. We cater for up to 15 pupils, all of whom have an EHC plan. And are looking for a dynamic and creative learning support assistants to join our close nit and dedicated team. Small student numbers mean we can give our very best to the young people who come through our doors every day, whether that is a role model to look up to, or a safe person to trust. The LSA role involves supporting these young people with their education and enabling them to be the best they can be and supporting them to discover and achieve towards their future aspirations. We are situated within the beautiful Shropshire countryside, with views of the Wrekin within commuting distance of both Telford and Shrewsbury.
