I’m recruiting for a developer and main contractor based in Preston with a strong pipeline of commercial, retail, and residential projects ranging from £1m to £20m. They’re looking for someone to lead the delivery of multiple design & build schemes, ensuring they’re completed on time, on budget and on spec
What you’ll be doing:
* Coordinate design teams and subcontractors post-tender
* Chair design meetings and drive compliance with planning, regs, and brand standards
* Develop and monitor detailed construction programmes
* Lead client meetings and produce stakeholder reports
* Enforce quality control and evolve delivery procedures
* Ensure CDM and Building Safety Act compliance
What you’ll bring:
* A relevant degree (CIOB desirable) and CSCS certification
* Strong communication, planning, and contract knowledge
* Calm under pressure, confident in meetings, and sharp on detail
* Excel and Word fluency
