Shifts will be flexible between the hours of 8:00AM and 8:00 PM Monday-Friday | 25 hours per week

We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Administrator to join our team at the new Royal Tunbridge Wells Clinic. In this role, your excellent communication skills—whether face-to-face or over the phone—will be essential in creating a positive experience for our patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Warmly welcome patients and visitors, guiding them to the right departments.
* Manage telephone and email inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
* Handle patient correspondence while adhering to service quality standards and GDPR regulations.
* Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
What Were Looking For:
Essential:
* Previous experience in high-end hospitality or an administrative role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Desirable:
* Experience working as an administrator in a clinical setting.
